Flashing Hardware

• Flashes the TI Performance J3 chip at the PCM's J3 port
• Read, write and verify the full BIN, with every write verified automatically after flashing
• Moates Ostrich, Ostrich 2 and Quarterhorse speak the same protocol and should work, but are untested so far
• Quarterhorse support is planned, bringing true real-time tuning through its emulation
